Zocdoc is an online platform that allows users to search for and book medical appointments with healthcare providers

What I did

As a Principal Product Designer turned Sr. Manager of Product Design for the Patient Engagement team, I led efforts to redesign our core post-booking experiences and the Zocdoc app to increase overall engagement and repeat booking conversion rates.

What my work included

  • Defining overall design strategy for the post booking experience and Zocdoc app redesign

  • Leading workshops with product management, design, user research, and data analytics

  • End to end design for core new features and product quality redesign efforts

  • Managing and mentoring my team of designers to execute the vision

While not a real project, our team was tasked to present ideas for future revenue generating products. With my Fintech background I presented a concept for a health care credit card that would help patients pay for their medical expenses, while rewarding them for managing their health.
